"Very friendly staff. Very clean accommodation. We didn't have the breakfast as I don't eat it but it certainly smelled amazing. Have had it in the past and it was well worth the money. Room if anything was too hot. Bed comfortable. Very close to main shopping area with lots of places to eat. Close to Eden Court Theatre if you fancied an evening out. We try and stay there every time we are in Inverness. This is our fourth time now. Would thoroughly recommend it but book quickly as very popular."

"Beautiful rooms overlooking the Ness River a short walk from good shopping and dining options. The hosts were very helpful from the moment I arrived. "

"My wife and I stayed here while on a three day tour and was a 10 minute walk from the coach drop off point in town. The owners messaged us access details the morning of the day we were to check in. Rooms are locked by a secure code and so is the front door. The room was very neat and cozy, and spotless. The area is quiet and there is minimal vehicle traffic in the morning and at night. "I was met by Kay in the Dining rolm which had a log fire burning. She was incredibly welcoming and made you feel relaxed. Nothing was too much yrouble and the room was first class. All other public rooms and kitchen were excellent. A very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Than you"

"Cant say enough about this property. What an incredable surprise when we arrived and walked around the property and down to the ocean. The roaring fire in the loung area made for an enjoyable evening talking and sharing stories with fellow traverlers. The staff made us feel at home the minute we walked through the door. It felt like we staying a a good friends home."

"Got the personal tour from Gail. Had the delux double which was very spacious and well equipped. Anything you need was available ether already there or just ask and all staff cheery n helpful. Great value for money and lovely fresh butcher supplied cooked breakfast. Sadly was a flying visit, but highly recommend for a single night or longer stay."

"The staff is very friendly. The carpet in the room is very dirty. There isn’t A/C in the room. The bathroom has a corner shower, which is very small. The showerhead is low pressure and it doesn't release Enough amount of water. There is a aroma of curry everywhere."

Great hotel

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s fairly new, very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. The only downside was the shower pressure, which could have been better. Overall, though, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay again!"

"A wonderful old hotel, so convenient for public transport users, especially the train. Well that was why it was built. It would always be my first choice of places in Inverness. If you wish to be negative you could say finding the upper rooms is not straightforward. To me, that's a great characteristic - you may find yourself coming down by the right or left side of the wonderful staircase - it's very bonnie."
