「Property is in a main walking street filled with restaurants, cafes and stores minutes away from the cathedral and other tourist sites. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Air conditioned was an issue as the room never cooled. When I mentioned to the manager the next morning, he asked me nicely, if I had opened the window. He had a point in that it was cooled outside that evening, but as I told him, we paid for a room with working AC. 」

「Location is great! 5mins walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof and 7-8mins walk to the main City Center with a lot of shops. Lidl is located just across the street with openings Mon-Sat 8-20hr. With a 5-10mins walk you can reach a lot of good restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. The mountain view suite is enough big for 2 people and the room design is modern and new. The hot water is not stable though and the parking is expensive - the only two things...

「Very welcoming desk staff offered us a a complimentary drink upon arrival. The rooms weren't as impressive as the communal areas but I loved my massive balcony overlooking the peaceful forests & mountains. Breakfast was well into the luxury end of the spectrum with omelettes to order, loads of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon as well the usual continental stuff, lots of attentive staff to hand here too.
