"The one thing that came up was that the inn tells you they'll wake you if the lights are visible. If there's no staff during the night, who is waking you up if the lights are showing. The last night of the stay, the lights were visible some places. Had they been visible that night before 3am, who was there to let people know?"

"Very clean, modern property, breakfast options are great and tasty, breakfast hours 6-10 am is a plus, rooms were cleaned daily, towels and beddings were changed daily as well, nice friendly staff, very close to the airport, hotels shuttle runs from 5am till 8am only. The price was very reasonable for a 4-person room, I reached out to the hotel very early morning about having a late check out, and they responded very fast, accommodating our request. "Our stay was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were exceptional. Kudos to Grace for her warmth and knowledge. All restaurants were in walking distance. Lots of attractions and shopping in the area as well. Very close to the bus stop although we utilized taxi service a lot. The property was very well maintained. Beds were also comfortable. "

"Loved the basement spa! Really friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms are small but sufficient. Clean! We managed to get one of the few free hotel parking spots they have available which was a nice bonus. Classy upstairs bar. A great first night stay in Iceland. Convenient walking distance to downtown Reykjavík. "

"The hotel was in a quiet area but with plenty of bars and places to eat nearby. It is also only a short walk from the cathedral and the old town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and that was great. It was also close to the bus stops where a lot of the tour companies pick up. We would definitely return."

"Fantastic! A wonderful apartment, immaculate, clean with beautiful features and high ceilings. Plenty of storage space. The kitchenette was perfect and well stocked. The reception team were very helpful from before we arrived until we left. Highly recommend, we hope to return soon!"
