"Staff was great. Rooms were nice and clean. The only issue I have with the hotel is the people smoke right in front of the entrance and you have to walk through a cloud of smoke at certain times. "

"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. Typical motel setup with the basics. We also appreciated being able to check in at 2:30pm which I believe check in is at noon according to hotels.com so that was a bonus since it’s earlier than other motels. This was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you. "
