「From start to finish our stay at the hotel was excellent. All staff were very professional and polite at all times. Nothing was to much trouble. Any little requests were dealt with promptly. The food was excellent. Breakfast had an excellent selection. We had food at both the restaurants in the evening and must say the pasta dishes were fabulous. Many thanks to all who made our stay very enjoyable. 」

「Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi」

「We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. 「Excellent hotel. Breathtaking views of El Alamain towers and the coast. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Service in this hotel is outstanding. Front desk staff are great and made the check in process a breeze. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely visit this property again.」

「The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. My question is if I don't raise this issue, will they think we took...

「We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff...

「Neat & nice resort with all good amenities & beach facilities with nice pools and landscape . A reasonable value for money for this hotel type resort & good room services . Located next to a beach club playing loud music till 4AM . The sea is calm & no high waves noticed like other unsuitable beaches in the north coast which is a big advantageous issue. Twin houses are nicely layed out with nice furniture & fully equipped kitchen . Not hesitant to recommend it to travellers to the Northern coast...
