"The facility itself is dated - rooms are clean, but lack higher end upgrades (mugs instead of paper cups, better coffee machine, more drinking water given in room) the staff were attentive and professional. Breakfast was excellent and different hot items each day of our stay. Location was in the hospital zone, so not much right in the local streets to see or do. A short 15 min walk was near many restaurants and some shops. Being from Canada, I had terrible phone service in the Buffalo downtown...

"The property was very clean. So was the inside of hotel and my room. The breakfast was a little to be desired, potatoes and omelets were dried out and didnt have a big selection to pick from. My room was really nice but the pillows could have been bigger and softer, otherwise the hotel was really nice."
