5/5 Excellent
Superb Stay
"The overall ambiance of the hotel was truly relaxing, surpassing our experiences at other 5-star resorts. The lobby, with its amazing koi pond, immediately captured our attention and set the tone for a peaceful stay.
We were pleasantly surprised by the array of free activities offered by the hotel, such as the enjoyable catamaran boat ride and the delicious complimentary snacks. The 12 ft deep pool was simply awesome, and we appreciated the clean and spacious rooms that provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.
While we found the food to be consistently great, we do believe there is room for improvement in the cake department. Additionally, a minor update to some of the older furniture in the rooms would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. However, it's worth noting that despite appearances, the furniture is not dirty. A small renovation to freshen up the rooms and a bit more attention to detail in the toilets to remove old stains would go a long way.
Overall, our stay was memorable and we are already looking forward to returning in the future."
