"The location to surrounding amenities and shuttle to casino was awesome. Since we went in January, the parking lot was a mess, and it was hard to keep your shoes, pants dry if going out. The staff was super friendly (although they seemed understaffed). My only complaint was no hot water in the morning to shower. We even waited a bit to see if it got a chance to heat up after the morning rush. No luck. Cold showers were horrid. Also, the doors are very loud - heard banging all morning as...
