"Good one night stay for a trip to the Aiken Steeplechase. Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Property grounds nice. Front desk made sure to walk me through the process for late check-in, so I had no issue on arrival. Would stay again."

"The hotel was a bit on the rundown side. I asked the front desk if i could get an extra pillow and was responded with " I'll see of i can find any" amd i never heard from them. "

"At arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner, John. His hospitality was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. This is far better than a hotel. The ideal bed and breakfast charm too. He is so kind and goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome and appreciated. We came to Augusta for medical reasons, and his kindness touched us at a difficult time. I will be staying here in the future, during my visits for treatment at the Augusta hospital."

"The property was close to theater venues and restaurant options. I felt safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were knowledgeable and accommodating. I will stay again "

"The room was dirty, the tv was a old box tv that didnt work, roaches in the room, shower water didnt get hot, just a waste of 60$"

"The hotel looked shady from the get go. The toilet had to be fixed when we got there and couldn’t change rooms he is e”there wasn’t another room available”. Found a couple bed bugs on the sheets and the cover on the other bed looked as if it had dry blood on it. Also it’s not the Hotel Aiken that you’re staying at, but the Holley House. May want to change that on your site. Overall an unpleasant experience to say the least. "
