"Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed, bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. (Seems odd to say that but I have stayed in too many rooms where it did not work very well at all.) What I wasn't a huge fan of was the bed and the weird lights that blink inside the room air conditioner. They were much brighter than you'd think and I could not find a way to turn them off. The bed had clean sheets but was not comfortable. We...
