"Truly lovely hotel. Pool is amazing. Very convenient location for shopping. The only drawbacks were the extreme firmness of the bed and the really noisy elevator announcements that go on all night. I had ear plugs so wasn’t overly bothered by the latter. Kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and the coffee machine is a lovely luxury. "

"Excellent economical apartments in a very walkable part of manchester. It's attached to the Corn Exchanged and the restaurants/bars within almost function like part of the hotel. Staff quite good, a little casual. Issues with TV/remote in room and no chopping board provided in kitchen."

And after a day of hectic shopping and touring, look forward to returning to this safe and comfortable place for a recharge. There is a gym on the 4th floor of you aren't walked out yet. There is a basement carpark but has to be booked and costs GBP 15 a day"

"Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless. Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays. Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV.... I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area."

"I had a great stay at Charles Hope townhouse. This is a great location with the train available to travel to Old Trafford for a football game or making our way to the central retail district. Overall the property was clean, however had a few minor defects: - towel with holes and stain on them - mild stains on the bedsheet - stain on the carpet near the bed - washer detergent feeder has a lot of residue from previous stay. - dish washer has residue from previous stay - it had a funky smell when...

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"This is a beautiful hotel. And is right near the middle of the city centre. I went here after a theatre show and it was so close. So many options around here for food and drink as well as shopping. Transport is also super easy. Although thisbhotel is a little on the expensive side, it is a really great ppace to stay"

"This hotel surpassed all expectations and should be incredibly proud of the efforts put in continuously by all staff members . From the second we stepped in the hotel until the moment we left we felt comfortable and delighted with the entire process of checking in to checking out . I would encourage everyone to stay at this hotel if staying in Manchester City centre , the location is perfect , the staff are incredibly attentive , the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities aswell as the lobby , check in desks and bar/restaurant is amazing and the staff are industry leading , this is the best hotel in Manchester and I urge everyone to experience it."
