"The staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful! The hotel itself is tired to say it best. As others stated, the carpet is in big time need of replacing. The water pressure was almost non existent. The beds were clean and comfortable. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower while you enjoy Branson, this is a good place to do so! "

"Thr indoor pool was nice. My 4 year old loves to swim and that is why we booked here. Check in was slow and very complicated. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but smelled faintly of cigarette smoke and there was burn hole in the bedspread. Breakfast was typical- nothing special. "
