"Great property with super chill beach location "

" The beach and the property are beautiful but you do need to know that water and electricity are not always available. Power going out was not really a big deal because it was cool but we didn’t have any water one night as we tried to get ready for dinner and then one morning we woke up to shower because we were talking a ferry to another island and again had NO water. Luckily we had friends in another villa so all 4 of us went there to shower or else we would have been out of luck. Also note...

"The cottages and location were amazing. My concerns include that they do not let you know that there is absolutely nothing in the cottage except shower soap and one hand soap. There wasn't even coffee, just filters. They also only alloted us 6 towels. Going in and out of the gorgeous ocean and beach requires a lot of rinsing off and showers. Terry said she would bring more and did not. Maria said "that is all you get". There was only a tiny store open on Sunday to get coffee and some food items...

"location is perfect for boaters, adjacent to marsh harbor marina. directly on the beach, great views!!! spacious and clean. need to take off/replace matress covers on the two twin beds. they make too much noise to sleep on."
