"Staff was super friendly, atmosphere was very open welcoming. Our harborview double twin room was flooded due to heavy rains and wind. The staff was very helpful. Moved us to a new room with no charge and they even compensated us for the trouble. Amazing hotel. I gave it 3 stars because tv was down the whole time we were there. But all in all I would most definetly stay here again and again. Love the experience. "
