"Luxury views and good service! Only a bit tricky due to building architecture on multiple levels for car park etc."

"The host was very kind and responsive. The property was very unique and charming. It was very convenient given that we needed a place to stay near the Waitamo caves. It was a great price that included breakfast. "

"We stayed in a lovely room in the corner with lots of space. The room would sleep six but with only two of us, it was a treat. Everything was spotless, the linen was excellent and the beds were really good. We enjoyed it very much. It’s right across from the water and in the town so easy walking to restaurants. We didn’t love the restaurants that we ate at. We were leaving on a coach for doubtful sound the next day and so it was extremely convenient."

"Beautiful property. We ate off property most of the time since we wanted to try different local restaurants so cannot comment about the food. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was large with a nice sitting area and a patio. Great location to use as a base to explore everything Queenstown and the surrounding area has to offer. "

"Great place to stay while in Christchurch! Staff is friendly and very responsive. Accidentally left an item in the room - got in touch with the hotel and they got everything lined up for me to get it picked up and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was good. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the Riverside Market, and other attractions. "
