「The property was nice on the outside but the rooms are old and starting to look dated and a bit worn in my opinion. In Soho, you’re paying for location I understand but it’s a little too expensive for not enough bells and whistles. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. 」

「Beautiful hotel! Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and special! Loved the “Library”. After I got over the initial shock of no TV in the room, I embraced it and it was perfect. Fantastic location for food and shopping. I will definitely be back!! Michi was a fantastic addition!!」
