"I thought the people there were lovely and helpful. My room was very dark and had one window facing an ally and also right next door to the elevator which I really don’t like. So it was loud. And once I got to the room I was too tired to see if I could change it but I did feel like I maybe got the worst room in the hotel. But again everyone was lovely and if I had to be there more that one night I would have tried to switch. "

"The property was convenient for us. It was spotlessly clean. The small details were nicely thought out. The person who met us at the property was helpful and friendly. We have only one criticism: There is a wall between units that is not soundproofed. It needs to be. We were kept awake the entire first night by noise from the adjoining unit.
