"First time staying here as I usually book one of the newer properties in the area but they were booked so I rolled the dice. Cons - 1) No air conditioning. Which is not unusual in the Bay Area but I sleep hot and didn’t feel safe opening a window in a one story building. Don’t get me wrong, THE AREA IS GREAT but one can never be too safe. 2) Paper thin walls. We could hear the conversations in the adjacent rooms. Pros - 1) GREAT VALUE for the money. 2) I could see the waves crashing...

"The room worked well for us. It was spacious and clean. We could see the ocean and horizon from our 3rd floor window. Unfortunately, there was a overwhelminf fragrance in the elevator. And, the walls were thin. We woke up several times to furniture moving and noise in the hallway. We needed an extra blanket and pillows. But we never asked."
