"Staff made us feel so welcomed, comfortable, and practically like royalty. Room was very spacious compared to a typical hotel room. Plenty of closet space. Location was great. Close to shopping and a couple blocks from Metro. Walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. For a 5 star hotel, the room showed quite of bit of wear and tear. "

"I am truly obsessed with this hotel. I stay at a 1 hotel as often as I can. We stayed here last year and for some stupid reason I thought this year I would try somewhere else. I got to the other place and immediately anted to come back to 1. So we cancelled our res there and came to 1 Hotel. I will never stray again, it's so beautiful and clean and cozy and smells amazing and Jams is amazing and it's my favorite hotel on earth."
