"We chose this hotel primarily because of its location, which is in the Namba district. Well-situated in that respect with easy access to the subway from the lobby. Our room was clean and had a view of the city, but otherwise, not much to distinguish this hotel. Breakfast buffet was not that great -- my family thought it was the worst of our 10 day trip. Ultimately, for the price we paid, I have to think there are better options."

"This property was great with very friendly staff and a comfortable bed. It was in the PERFECT location to explore Dotombori and do a lot of shopping. Our room was small (as expected) and had all the amenities we needed. It could use a little extra cleaning as it had scuffs on the wall and a dirty shower curtain. However, we were thankful to get checked-in early, and leave luggage after check-out so we could shop more. Thanks for the great stay!"

"No staff can’t speak English, prepare your Google Translate. Building looks old and rundown, I thought it was just outside appearance but the room I got (303) also bad. There are lots of moulds in bathroom ceiling, that makes the bathroom smell musty and terrible. Toilet also smells awful. The only good thing is staff let me stay 2 days in a row without checking in and out everyday and good location with cheap price."
