"This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property and we absolutely loved it. All of the staff, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff (as well as everyone else) were all excellent in terms of helpfulness, friendliness and overall service. "Everything was excellent except the check-in experience. They kept us waiting for an hour after check-in to get the room keys because the room wasn’t ready until 5pm. The front desk staff seemed careless about their guests waiting for a room."
