"Caribe has a ton of history and is 80 years old as the oldest in Cartagena. My family of 6 did a short down and up from the states and it was magnificent. Cartagena surroundings are safe. If you go to the beach you may not like the peddlers, but we actually took advantage of it. Massages, Pedicures and Manicures all along the ocean front. $35 us for a half hour on jet ski… The seafood, oh the Seafood! No disappointments there. Loved the proximity to the old city and other...
