The staff and service we were provided was top-notch. The room was immaculate and we had a beautiful balcony view of the river. We will definitely be staying here again for years to come. "

"Property changed hand weeks ago and new manager didn’t feel it was necessary to inform customers that booked the property because of the several amenities they no longer offered. Their model is completely flawed as only 1 person works everything so even if you want to change the temperature in your room, you text or call to have them do it at the desk. No one answered!! TV complicated and didn’t work. Loading dock in back in a dirty alley. Parking 1.5 blocks away and also dirty and unkept. ...
