"This place was just exceptional in every way. The hotel is just on a different level compared to others. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing and so courteous and polite. Small details of the place and the people who clean the room are amazing. This place is just class. We had am upgrade to an executive suite that had amazing views of the city. "The stay itself was very nice. The service was amazing. Harrison was so helpful and kind. The price for parking was very high considering we were already paying $1000 for a two night stay. Self parking was an additional $72 a day. The mini bar prices were very high as well but there is a gas station right around the corner. We had a city view and it was beautiful. There is a river boat ride right there you can take and this was in walking distance to several restaurants and Cloud Gate! "
