"The cabin was incredible. The place was spotless clean, had great amenities like a hot tub, jacuzzi, and foosball table pass the time, own parking spot was perfect, and neighbors were far enough they weren’t a bother if they wanted to be loud. No complaints about the property at all. Only warning is that the roads to get there are narrow and having bigger vehicles would take up too much space on the road. "Had no clue the only entry to the cabin was up close to 40 steep steps. My daughter has a chronic health condition, and I have an injured ankle. The stairs was extremely difficult for us both. I only found about about the stairs during the email with information about the upcoming trip and instructions. I tried making contact ref these issues needing to be in the property info and was only told the information would be passed along. Did not receive any compensation, or any further contact. ...
