"Overall, the stay was fine. However, I was disappointed that the area around the property was under construction making it very accessible unfriendly for anyone with a disability. The staff did try to make accommodations, but valet and parking outside of the hotel was unsatisfactory. Due to construction, valet was a block down the street meaning that you had to walk a block in the rain with your luggage to get to the hotel entrance. The same is true for self-park. "Place was clean , it probably needs deep cleaning of carpet and balcony but it was fresh clean and safe. Owner was very nice and she responds fast and help with early check in . we booked for 5 days but stayed only 2 . I would recommend this apartment. "

We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone.
