"It’s a very new property in a hip area of Phoenix called Midtown. The room is phenomenal. It looks like a mini apartment and it has a separate kitchen, which is very unique. The check-in process is a little wonky though. There is no front desk so to speak you’re on your own for checking in and I needed to call Customer Service to get some help But once I was past that the day was very good."

"My spouse had a conference at the downtown Phoenix conference center. The location of this unit was perfect. We could walk to the grocery store, museums, shopping, and entertainment. The parking was so easy to access and for a downtown location, I felt safe in this area. There is a security guard in the lobby from late morning until 11pm, so that was nice as well.
