「The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Portland, right across from the Hyatt. It has an old charm, but the sheets and beds could use some improvement. We stayed during the off-season, so when we arrived, there was plenty of parking right in front of the entrance. However, valet parking was the only option at $45. If they offered self-parking for a reduced fee, it would be much better.」

「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

「The service was not top notch for the price. Family pool was too small. Spa lacked a sauna and steam and had a small waiting area. We liked the overall ambiance, charming main lobby and outdoor shower in the room. The room overall was good. But other than the person at checkout who was great, we did not feel the other service people were excited to have us there. 」

「We like PineCrest Inn. Comfortable bed and elegant decoration. we are enjoying breakfast, food is so delicious 」

「This was my first long vacation I have done. First off, the host was amazing! Very good communication and very helpful. My family doesn’t like to leave a place dirty and we went to the beach a lot. I asked if it was possible to get a bigger broom & mop and she ordered them for us to use while we were there. This is also in a quiet spot on the strip.
