"Lovely resort. Comfy room. Some strange interactions with the valet upon arrival. They were confrontational and laughed at my husband when he asked a question. Overall, I don’t think the staff was very happy as we had few positive interactions. Very pretty grounds. Loved the tranquil pool. "

"Absolutely beautiful property. Location was amazing! Next to Whaler’s Village, and the Westin. The unit was in need of an update for sure! The dishwasher door was clearly broken and kept slamming open when you opened it, which one time practically broke my toe. Still dealing with it. :( Overall a lovely property with special accommodations for families! "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property itself is well maintained. The room was very clean and modern. The pools were great for family fun. The hotel is a few mintues drive to the heart of Kihei and is north enough to quickly get out to other parts of the island. Overall our 9 night stay was wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Liked the beach. Liked the boardwalk for walking. Liked the policy re lounge chairs and their enforcement of the policy. Restaurant options were limited. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Auntie's Kitchen was rather mediocre. Duke's nearby was better. Would have like to know beforehand that units have washer/dryer as we would have packed less. "

"The pools are the main highlight, with lots of chairs and space for everyone. The pool bar is a nice option and they had music in the restaurant a few nights. The restaurant food is just ok with the service being just ok as well. The staff were not overly friendly and rarely smiled. The pools get really loud with kids playing so it’s something to consider if you are not traveling with children. Parking was an issue as the garage was under construction. "Very safe. It was gated with a lock code. Private. Clean. All amenities required. Extremely spacious. I was able to sit on balcony and watch the whales."

"I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!"

"We received a different room that was booked so ended up needing some roll-away beds. There is no restaurant at the property nor any drinks pool.beach side...that kinds sucked. Otherwise it was great"
