"Very clean, comfortable room with underground car parking available for an extra cost. Cheap taxi rides to and from the old town. Sunday breakfast was MANIC as everyone turned up at once which resulted in long queues for the coffee machines! "

"This Hotel is well situated. Just be aware their parking is underground in the -2 level, very tight to go up and down. Highly recommended using a compact car. We got the deluxe room so I can’t talk in general but our room had many luxury features. They are just lack of Air Conditioning. We had to open the window and there was a lot of noise from the Street until 2am that things went down. Other than that, great hotel with a great jacuzzi (deluxe room at least)"

"The welcome at reception was warm and friendly, with the manager going out of his way to make us welcome. The room was lovely, fresh clean and roomy. As we were only staying for one night, more than ample for our needs. Not much to see on a walk before dinner, narrow pavements around the town but safe enough in the area. "The young lady who checked us (we didn't get her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was enthusiastic, extremely polite and patient. She was more than helpful. She is a big asset to the hotel. The room was large, and very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Toledo. Bravo!"

"Very modern and beautiful decor. Rooms are on the small side with very little room to place personal items. Bed and nightstands are low, it's not inconvenient but rather hard on us older patrons. Location is great, staff friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to return here."

"Dissapointing exterior was very impressive but it was let down by a few things bad service at the bar, breakfast was poor and decor in the Bar Cafeteria with very little seating"
