"Great stay!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Quality service and food was very good. Our room was very nice and spacious. Our room was on the second floor which was a little difficult for us to use stairs. We really appreciated the gentleman that delivered our luggage right to our doorstep. It's very expensive to stay at the Omni especially with all the added resort fees etc. but for the most part worth it for special occasion. Our Spa experience was pretty good too."

"Our stay was good. The only issue with the temperature in the room. We were cold and the rooms are run by master system, which does not allow the guest to switch modes. It was a cold rainy night and our room was cold. The toilet sounded like it was going to over flow, but it did not. Thankfully. Although the tub did overflow, the water was draining very very slowly. Other than that our stay was great. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable."

"We visited with three other families and it was a great place for all ages. The property made it easy to get around. The rooms are more outdated than the rest of the property but still nice. Staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"Absolutely beautiful, historic hotel. They did an incredible job restoring it and making it over the top welcoming! From the wine and books to the back patio, fruit trees, bicycles, beautiful furniture, fabulous linens, to the personal service and cozy atmosphere... I wasn't sure if I wanted to go explore Tucson or stay in and savor it. Service was lovely, personable, and warm. I look forward to a longer stay next time. "

"I have a few mixed feelings on this review. Over all was great however we didn’t get our code to get in but a few hours before our 2.5 hour plane took off so that was stressful. When we did arrive at the home the code didn’t work at the house. I was able to reach a live person by phone and she gave me the code for the spare key lock box and said it would be reset, we ended up using the spare key for all 5 days. Also the main bedroom light did not work so we had to use the lamps. I did notify the...
