「我們希望有一個悠閒的假期，於是選擇了有泳池得酒店，而且在入住前約一個月經揀選有泳池的酒店後選取了明珠酒店，到入住時大堂酒店職員毫無笑容，英文極差，完全沒有告知泳池維修事項，進入房間後衛生間無廁紙，需自行到外面找服務員，完全破壞我等悠閒之目的，永遠不會再光顧此酒店，亦希望 hotel.com 可以改善及通報給予將入住之客人。」

「Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel! Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter haben wir als äußerst höflich und hilfsbereit empfunden. Der Strand ist allerdings nicht der Beste und außerhalb des Hotels wurde man mit viel Abfall, viel Verkehr und kaputten Straßen konfrontiert, sodass es schon ziemlich gefährlich war, wenn man als Fußgänger unterwegs war. Die Fitnessgeräte müßten dringend ausgetauscht werden, sie waren zum Teil nicht mehr nutzbar. Trotzdem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl...

「my father does not speak English before check-in time, he walks into the resort's swimming pool alone to take look, and one of the staffs talked to him, probably asking if he is a guest. So he knew that he did not check in yet, so he moved back to the lobby to take some rest, waiting for me.
