"From the moment we pulled up to the hotel the staff was warm and welcoming. The accommodations are high end with spotless well equipped rooms, a fireplace and water view. John the valet was very accommodating and always on time. We had brunch in the beautiful restaurant with the best waiter. He took care of all ten of us, and was attentive and pleasant at all times. We had the best time and would recommend Forty One North to anyone visiting Newport. "

"The accommodations were beautiful and the staff was super friendly. We had dinner at a hobbit house which was a ton of fun and a great meal. The mini house was clean and modern and could have housed 3 more people comfortably. "

"This was the most beautiful bed-and-breakfast I’ve ever been to. I had a standalone cottage and the room was super cozy clean and accessible. I would definitely recommend it. Breakfast Was offered on the daily basis and it was so convenient to fill out the form the night before. The food was delicious! loved it and can’t say enough good things about it and I will absolutely return. "

"Stay was overall very good. Only 10 minutes from the main street in Mystic, room was clean, huge and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the whole place smelled like mothballs and the handsoap had been watered down instead of being replaced with liquid soap. The mothball smell wasnt noticeable after 15 minutes, so it wasn't too bad. I'd also suggest having a sign at the road. I went down the wrong driveway initially."

"Lovely condo for a family! We were happy with the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen amenities and living space. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. "

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
