"Comfortable and quiet room. Great staff. Excellent coffee shop adjoining the lobby. Free espresso coffee machines and water fountains in corridors was a nice treat. Walkable to attractions. Note that there is an event space that creates a lot of noise in an internal courtyard - if your room faces that area you could get evening noise."

Had to ask for upgrade that we are entitled to through Expedia. Didn’t seem particularly happy to give the upgrade. ...

"Our room was great and spacious. Cocktails were perfect and breakfast was a great treat to start the day. The staff were friendly and very helpful! Our room wasn’t ready so we left our suitcases with the staff. When we got back, the suitcases were already delivered to our room. How nice was that! You must have a drink in the rooftop bar. "

The location in the middle of downtown is perfect, buts still in a quiet location. We stayed with our 1 year old, the property had a pack and play with a crib sheet all set up and ready for us.
