"Excellent value"

"This is our second stay at the Yotel, and it's great value for money. It's a little tight for any more than two, unless you have small kids then it's perfect, but they do a good job at maximizing the space. Having a kitchen is great and two Pelotons in the gym are also sweet. We miss the skeeball machine, but the parking and location make up for it! "

"Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. "Tried a residence while we were here. Totally worth the extra money. Super spacious with kitchen and balcony. In residence laundry and ample closet space a plus. Soaking tub in primary bathroom was very luxurious. Great for families and longer stays. "

"The unit didn't have air conditioning as advertised. It was 90 degrees when we got there at 11 pm and we couldn't cool it down, even with all the windows and doors open. We couldn't stay there. We were really disappointed because when we booked it said the unit had air conditioning and the property management people said it doesn't. We were mislead. "
