"This does appear to have once been a grand hotel, but it has since been neglected. While the entrance area and staircase still look impressive, the room was in poor repair, with a dated 1980s/90s feel. However, it was spacious, with a Nespresso coffee machine and two BBC English channels. The breakfast room was grim and the food average. Overall, too expensive for the poor quality. The hotel desperately needs money spending on it."

"Nice, Clean, Quiet, Modern Hotel for a stopover in Brest. We were touring around the Brittany Coast, and we stayed here for one night, on our way from Morlaix, en route to Quimper. This hotel has all you would expect from a Mercure. Location-wise, it is a 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from the city centre, and the start of the cafes (recommend Kafé Kanggui), coffee shops & shopping area that begins on Rue Louis Pasteur and runs up Rue Jean Jaurès. "

"Elevator barely fit one person one bag, compared to other Mercure or Radisson rooms small. Too hot with windows closed, open windows very noisy. "

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I stayed two nights at this hotel and had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first night. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, the employees had great smiles and service, and the food was delicious. On the second day, I had trouble finding a taxi to go to a restaurant in the next city due to the rainy weather, but to my surprise, the hotel staff gave me a lift to the restaurant. I tried to pay a tip, but he didn't take it. It was an impressed and...
