"I had a really nice stay overall, and the hotel itself is beautiful with a prime location. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. However, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of hospitality from much of the staff. Aside from a few standouts—Braelyne, Taylor, and Alexa, who were absolutely amazing—the rest of the team seemed disengaged and, at times, inconvenienced to assist me and my friends.
