"My shower had no seat or grab rails to hang on to when washing feet etc. Easy to slip for seniors like me. Also very difficult to turn on shower without getting sprayed with hot or cold water due to sliding glass panel next to shower control locked/immobile. However staff very understanding/helpful and worked to resolve the shower issue, All in all a very pleasant stay. "

"This is exactly the stay that I wanted to have. It was a business trip back to Charlottesville but I was looking forward to seeing the University and visiting my old law school.
