"We really enjoyed our stay. There are lots of restaurants and amenities. The grounds were very pretty. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The sparkling wine upon arrival was a nice touch. I have only one critique - the hallways are confusing, and there are lots of stairs. There are elevators at the ends of the halls, but they are confusing too. Overall, we really liked the hotel, now that we understand the layout. We will stay there again. "

"The high level of electronic access required was kind of overwhelming for our group of 8. Would have helped if we all had been placed on the same floor since I made all 4 room reservations at the same time. Also valet parking is a challenge w/minimal staffing. Better off to self park right across the street for less $."

"I am not crazy about not having any staff, at all. Seems big brother-ish, as does the sign on the board that “we are watching you.” I gave high marks on the cool building, although it was hard to regulate the water temp in 6. Your guests were all very nice, but I have to say there must be a middle ground here that you could find if you tried. Other hotels, hostels manage to do that. Why not Kinn?"

"We were in Milwaukee for the NCAA tournament and it was just a short walk to the stadium! Great location. Pabst Brewer tour was right across the street and there were several breweries within walking distance. There was also many choices for food within walking distance. Pull out bed was pretty comfortable and having our own kitchen was great! "
