We love going down for breakfast in the morning and enjoying the company of others if we wish. the fireplace is always going and its very cozy. you can walk just a couple of blocks and be in downtown black mountain. the restaurants are good and you have several varities. "We loved the welcoming staff, the hotel and convenient attached restaurant architecture and European feel. The 2nd floor room had large view windows opening to the balcony that were wonderful. The fireplace in the room and bottle of wine was such a nice touch - as was the convenient coffee bar just down the hall in the morning. And the food was amazing! We will definitely be back to enjoy the cold plunge, infrared sauna, workout room, jacuzzi and pool when it warms up a bit. Funny...
