「Our stay exceeded our expectations! We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite due to overbooking, which was such a great surprise as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday! Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and professional, the entire hotel was immaculately clean and pretty to look at! 「We stayed after the Tiger’s opening day and enjoyed the entire experience from the time we checked in until we checked out. The lovely gentlman at the front desk gave us entertainment ideas and even spoke directly to my 14 year old son making him feel as welcome as I was. I’ll definitely be returning.」

「优点：1.就在机场出发厅旁边，非常近；2.行李车直接推进房间；3.本来不可以更改日期的，不过沟通后直接帮我更改了。缺点：1.酒店只有一个餐厅提供堂食，不能打包，堂食区桌子有点密；除了这个餐厅就只能叫ROOM SERVICE；机场控制区外没有其它餐饮；2.两个小时内打了三次电话叫瓶装水都没送上来，第二次居然来了一辆轮椅，搞不懂bottled water和 wheelchair为啥可以等同。」

「The staff were all nice enough and some of them really stood out in terms of customer service. The rugs in our room were filthy. There were several bulbs out in the bathroom. Why would there be no light for the makeup mirror when the lighting of the bathroom is so dim? The restaurant only opens for dinner and only on some nights. 」
