After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. The very polite young man was half way through our order when a manager pushed him out of the way, cancelled our order and served another guest and then just walked off - incredibly rude, disrespectful and I suspect a little racist as I am English - whether he was or...
