"Hotel was nice didn’t like that you couldn’t access the hotel from the parking garage you had to pay to keep your car evening you stayed"

"The property is beautiful! We thought the staff were all very helpful and very professional. We stayed from Thursday thru Sunday. We would recommend the Sand Dollar Grille on the property for a casual meal. We had two meals there and they were both delicious and the personnel was great. We were told housekeeping would be by to clean our room on Saturday at a specific time, so we made plans to be out of our room at that time, but they never came. Realistically, it was not an issue...

"Beautiful room with ocean views. Sunset and sun rise you could see from room but highly recommend going out to the pier that hotel has its worth it. Lots of conveniences with its own bar and restaurants. We will be returning when its a little warmer "

"The two ladies working there were very helpful and truly care about their customers, they went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with our stay. We’ve stayed in motels everywhere but have never stayed in a nicer more clean motel than Willow Bay. We highly recommend this place , we will definitely be staying there in the future."
