The staff was very accommodating to our needs for the weekend as we were attending a matinee show and needed our bags checked at the desk until it was done. The breakfast had protein options, the room was comfortable and clean and the shower had soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. We loved all the little details and amenities provided us! Lyle was a five star night host!"

"The stay itself was fine. But first the system double booked us and we had to get that straightened out. Then, your elevators are terrible for people with balance issues. Which is usually fine but your stairs are not easy to navigate. Then the transparency of all the charges was not clear. The room was great but I thought we would have a view from the description on the website. The bed and room was great. We drive up to Portman and stay a lot, but I would debate whether I would stay again. "
