"I was staying for family vacation, the greatest thing is location, and as old hotel it has great space in the room. But yes as old hotel the facilities also been old, pool is small, and the toddler pool is not kind of clean, and for the area with carpet will smell like moldy anywhere. Anyway all the staff was giving very good service and quick action on our need."

"Lovely hotel, always use the Gumuya Tower when staying in Semerang, good location, nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, gym and a pool. If you can get an upgrade to the executive floor you can use the facilities on floor 16 & 17 for free."

"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."

"An outdated hotel with decent condition and service. Room definitely need renovation especially the bathroom as the condition is pretty bad, noisy exhaust fan, broken tap and shower. Had a problem with mosquito and informed the receptionist to get it fixed, but the problem returned the day after. When we first checked in, I noticed that the room has not been cleaned properly as the carpet still looks dirty and food crumbs were spotted under the bedside table.
