"Staff was first rate! They deserve a better facility to work with. Heating system needs work (it’s very noisy), stained tub, etc. The dining room had a limited selection but everything I tried was good and well-prepared. The wait staff was totally on top of everything."

"Starting with the good… Location, the staff, and the parking. Lumin (the bar) was particularly awesome. The bad…the room. It looks modern, but the wall paper was lifting at every seam, even coming off in some areas. The toilet seat was so loose, it made you feel like you would fall off, and the shower pressure was super light. I was quite surprised. It also had a stale smell… like maybe it was a smoking room at one point t in the past. We stayed in 319, so avoid that one if you are sensitive to...

"Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....

"It was a great property, comfy room, great bathroom but wish it had a shower curtain or a bigger bathroom rug so you didn’t step on the wet tile risking a fall but other then that it was a great stay "
