"Excellent Hotel. Location was central to everything we wanted to do without having to rent a car. The staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. Our Room was very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely come back and highly recommend."

"An excellent hotel with an expansive view of the Mississippi River. There was a bit of noise, primarily from the doors of other rooms. I wish the doors had dampeners on them. Otherwise this was a most enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The AC was very quiet and effective. "

"My wife and I love the Intercontinental. When ever we stay in New Orleans we try and book the intercontinental. The location is convenient to walk to most of the local attractions but the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice. "

"The property itself was excellent. The people was very nice and friendly. The only thing I did not like about this hotel it did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. I could have lived without a refrigerator but I did need a microwave due to the fact that they don't serve any type of Continental breakfast. But I guess that was my fault for not doing my investigation on this hotel a little better. So the next time I visit New Orleans I would not be staying there only because of the microwave....
