Fremont 4 Stars Hotels

"2 night business stay with a group of 5 and lots of luggage. Whilst the rooms were great, the customer service was poor. We had a couple of issues during our stay and the reception staff refused to help us over the phone saying they were ‘too busy with customers in the lobby’ - I had to pay to get a taxi across town to talk to them which took all of 1 minute to discuss upon arrival. We had advanced a large number of luggage bags to be stored overnight and this was my main reason for booking; on...

"Stayed for 3 nights to take in the city. Amazing waterfront access and close to Westlake Mall to go down to the Space Needle/MoPoP area. Also walked to a Mariners game! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the room was excellent! Loved everything about the stay!"

"The only issue I had was out heater was not very functional, the room would get warm just for a couple of minutes. I had to keep adjusting the temp. "
