"They only service your room if you request it but they don’t tell you that at check in. By the time we got back to the room and realized that (maybe 2:30pm) we were told nobody was in the hotel to service anymore. They next day we requested service but didn’t happen because not enough staff. Other than that a nice stay. Good location and would stay again. Hotel bar is decent but isn’t open during the day and closes a touch early "

"Stayed for a concert at the Armory. Very convenient to our event. Beautiful building inside! Bathroom was very large with an all glass shower. Only complaint is the self parking option. Very little information given as to how to get into the parking ramp during weekend hours. The building isn't open so the only option is buzzing security.
