Unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed with the hotel’s front desk customer service; chewing gum and with obesity clerk… This is not a „presence”you expect in the four star hotel …. Of course we did not expect to pay $75 nightly parking fee( $50 parking + $25 destination fee…) we did not move the vehicle during our stay.. "It was nice staff was great. My room was an a joining room and the person in the other room was very loud. The bathtub didn’t drains while taking a shower and the water was rising. Also some type of bug bit my ankles under the bed covers, I think mosquito. It itches. The staff however was great and the amenities is awesome, the restaurants have amazing food, love the location, would stay here again, "
